That's where I can help. With over 30 years experience of speaking and performing in public and a natural flair for creative writing I can help you achieve what at first may seem like too big a task. My vow writing coaching, Wildflower Words, is included as part of every wedding package, from full one to one coaching in The Statement Bouquet, to guidance and my workbook in The Hand-Tied and The Seed Packet. My wedding speech writing & coaching, Blooming Confidence, isn't included in a package price, but you're welcome to book me separately, whether or not I'm your celebrant on the day.

Writing vows, whether for a wedding or vow renewal, can feel like a lot of pressure, wanting them to be meaningful, honest, and personal, without sounding awkward, over-rehearsed, or like something you’ve copied from the internet.
But with my help and using my workbook I support you to get words down on paper that you're not only happy with but you feel confident speaking.
My vow writing coaching guides you through the process. I never write for you, these are your words, from your heart and so they need to be yours and sound like you. I just help you work out what you want to say and how you want to say it.

Standing up to speak at a wedding can feel like a lot. You might know what you want to say but not how to say it. Or worry about forgetting your words, losing your place, or feeling like all eyes are on you. That’s completely normal and it’s exactly what this is here to help with.
A great speech isn’t about performing, it’s about saying something that feels real and being able to stand there and say it with confidence.
As a wedding speech writer I work with you to shape your words so that they flow, feel natural and have the right balance of humour and meaning. I'll also teach you how to manage nerves on the day!
