In my view, the ceremony is the celebration, the moment where the people who love you most are gathered in one place, actually paying attention, ready to feel something. I’m not afraid to do things differently even if that might ruffle a few feathers. I won’t settle for a generic ceremony or one that feels safe just because Auntie Mary thinks that’s how things should be. Your story is one of a kind so your ceremony should reflect that. My passion is to create ceremonies that feel as unique as the people at the centre of them.
I refuse to let the ceremony be the part of the day that everyone sits politely through before the 'real' celebration begins.

Looking back I realise that I didn't just stumble into this career. Every life experience and career choice actually led me to this job which really doesn't feel like a job because I absolutely love what I do! From years of experience of leading youth groups, speaking to large audiences to singing live in a vintage vocal harmony trio, every role was preparing me for this route and leading me to my dream job which I didn't discover until my 50's.
What finally got me here was after my own wedding in 2016 when I got married for the second time. Like most people, I went with a registrar because I thought that was the only option, but on the day, something didn’t sit right. Every supplier I’d chosen, my florist, my photographer, my cake maker, I knew them, I’d built relationships with them. Yet the person leading the most important part of the entire day? I met them ten minutes before the ceremony. I remember thinking, how is this normal? How is nobody questioning this?”
That's when I discovered the world of celebrants and everything clicked. I knew this was the role for me, one that gave me the freedom to create ceremonies that are personal and meaningful. That belief still drives every ceremony I create.
For me, the ceremony isn’t just another part of the day, it’s the part that matters most.

I've witnessed so many ceremonies that felt like a transaction rather than an experience so I wanted to create something different. Whether it's a wedding, vow renewal, naming ceremony or celebration of life I am passionate about crafting personalised ceremonies that truly reflect that couple, family or individual. No two people are the same and so no two ceremonies should be the same.
Everyone deserves a celebration that matches their values, beliefs and personality, a chance to freely acknowledge their story in a way that is comfortable and true to them.

I weave warmth, humour and emotion into every moment and create an atmosphere that feels easy, inclusive, and full of meaning. I bring a personality that puts people at ease and a genuine curiosity about who you are. My love of colour and creativity finds its way into the details without ever overwhelming and I have an instinct for the personal touch that surprises people in the best possible way.
I’m not for everyone and that's the point. I’m for couples and individuals who care deeply about the ceremony at the heart of their celebration and who want to be celebrated exactly as they are. With me, you’ll have complete freedom to celebrate your way, no rules, no “one-size-fits-all”. Just a ceremony that reflects exactly who you are, crafted with care, creativity, and a big smile.
