I work with families to create funeral and memorial services that feel personal, thoughtful, and grounded in who that person truly was. Not rushed, not formulaic and never generic.
Whether you’re planning a traditional funeral, a memorial after a direct cremation, or a celebration of life in a place that holds meaning, I am here to support you with warmth, patience, and gentle guidance. If you’re not sure where to begin, that’s completely okay. I will guide you gently, listen carefully, and help you create something that truly honours the person you’ve lost.

Includes ceremony day mileage within a 15 mile radius of Great Ayton, North Yorkshire. Additional mileage charged at 0.55p per mile. For venues more than three hours from Great Ayton, North Yorkshire, please note an accommodation fee will be requested.
50% non-refundable deposit payable to secure the date, and for me to commence work on your ceremony. Balance due 7 days before the ceremony day. Upon receipt of the balance, your script will be sent through for approval.

A family meeting in person if local to Great Ayton for me to meet you and any other family members to learn about your loved one.
Creating and designing the ceremony structure.
Writing a fully personalised ceremony.
Rehearsing the script so it flows seamlessly and naturally on the day. This means I keep maximum eye contact with you and your guests, and don’t sound like I’m reading.
Officiating the ceremony. I will arrive at your venue about 30 minutes beforehand to set up the sound gear, do a sound check, liaise with other suppliers.
Guidance on the inclusion of readings or other symbolic elements.
One to one support with writing your personal vows (as much or as little as you’d like).
Guidance and inspiration on choosing music, readings, rituals, and symbolic elements.
A beautifully presented printed keepsake of your ceremony script.
